Product specifications, features, compatibility, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

However, minor differences may occur between product images and the actual product due to manufacturing changes, displays, photography, or other factors.

Customers are also responsible for securely storing their recovery information.

Mars Hardware Wallet does not have access to and cannot recover a customer's private keys or recovery phrase.

5. Recovery Phrase

Your recovery phrase is highly sensitive security information.

Never share your recovery phrase with anyone.

Mars Hardware Wallet will never request your recovery phrase through email, phone, social media, live chat, or any other communication channel.

6. Digital Assets

Mars Hardware Wallet provides hardware wallet products and related information.

We do not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

The value of digital assets may fluctuate significantly, and customers are solely responsible for their own digital-asset decisions and transactions.

7. Third-Party Products and Services

Certain products or services may be provided by third-party manufacturers, software providers, payment providers, shipping companies, or other service providers.

Where applicable, the relevant third-party terms and warranty conditions may also apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mars Hardware Wallet shall not be responsible for losses resulting from improper use of products, loss of recovery information, unauthorized access caused by customer actions, or digital-asset market movements.
